During this time of uncertainty, we know that you rely on us to keep your homes temperature comfortable, the air in your home clean and for your emergency plumbing needs. While our community has been dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic for some time now, it’s important you understand that we continue to operate as usual. There is no greater priority than the safety of our customers and our staff, and our team will continue to work to ensure your family is safe throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. We continue to take appropriate precautions to maintain the health and safety of our customers, communities and employees. Those precautions include maintaining proper physical distance, disinfecting area’s in your home, in which we touch, wearing masks, and ensuring our staff is healthy prior to entering your home by checking their temperatures at the start of each day.
We feel that the need for routine maintenance has never been greater. Servicing your unit includes a series of steps to eliminate dirt, particles, and bacteria from you HVAC system, that can spread contaminants throughout your home. We urge our routine maintenance customers to schedule their service today, rather than postpone.
While we’ve had standards in place for ongoing cleaning and sanitizing before entering your place of residence or business, rest assured we have increased the frequency of cleanings and added additional practices for our techs, including increased disinfecting of all equipment.
