Our $129 furnace tune-up includes:
- Visual Inspection of the furnace heat exchanger
- Clean humidifier and replace media
- Measure and adjust gas pressure for proper operation
- Vacuum blower compartment
- Test ignition systems for safe and proper operation
- Test safety shut-off and control circuits for proper operation
- Check exhaust system for proper venting
- Measure temperature differences-supply/return
- Inspect and adjust fan belt tension if needed
- Calibrate and level thermostat if needed
- Brush, clean, and vacuum burners
- Test furnace flame for safe burn operation
- Replace throwaway filter up to MERV 10
- Lubricate all moving parts
- Measure amp draw and voltage of blower motor
- Tighten and inspect electrical wiring connectors
- Clean combustion vents
- Test for natural gas leaks
- Clean exterior
- Check for combustibles around furnace
