Our company is growing, we promote from within, and recognize and reward our high performers! We offer a generous benefit package and a company vehicle. Our average sales person has earning potential of $120,000 annually, however the outstanding sales person has greater earning potential!
Title: Residential Sales Representative
Reports To: Sales Manager
FLSA Status: Full-time, Exempt
Salary Level: Base salary with majority of salary commission based
Salary Range: Dependent on sales – averages $120,000 annually, however may be more based on performance
SUMMARY
The residential sales representative is responsible for building positive relationships with customers, quoting jobs, closing deals, developing new accounts, ensuring repeat business from existing customers, and making a positive impact on the company. This sales representative will be responsible for opening new accounts while understanding the need of the customer and how to meet those needs. This position requires the ability to read blue prints, provide estimates and bids, and negotiate projects. While at a customer’s home, the sales representative performs heat loss and heat gain load calculations, lays out and designs HVAC systems and has a strong working knowledge of the industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understands basic HVAC and plumbing customer needs.
- Responsible for residential sales creating new customers and serving repeat customers.
- Provides sales quotes and manages contracts utilizing systems and plans.
- Drives high sales volume, enhancing the company culture and the mission of the company.
- Drives financial results by understanding sales goals and owner expectations. Develops action-oriented sales goals that create profits, cash and growth.
- Collaboratively increases the quality of customer service, adds product offerings when presented, while managing the individual sales cycle.

ESSENTIAL DAILY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Travel to customer’s home and listen to their HVAC/plumbing needs.
- Increase HVAC and plumbing business volume by developing existing business and cultivating new customers.
- Follow up with customers from leads provided by field service technicians, repeat customers and new leads.
- Identify bid opportunities, prepare bid packages and perform estimates for jobs. Clearly understands the quoting and contracting processes.
- Meet with customers to assess the work to be completed, provide estimate, and close the sale.
- Monitor the progress of the installation from start to completion while serving as the primary contact for the customer, or ensuring a primary contact is communicated to the customer.
- Develop additional business opportunities by selling preventative maintenance and Indoor Air Quality Products.
- Participate in additional training when new products are introduced or updates on current products are available. Keeps up to date with product knowledge so can convey this clearly to customers.
- Ability to reach company goals and clearly communicate the company mission.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent job related in home residential sales experience
- Proven track record in sales with 3+ years of in home sales experience
- Good presentation and public speaking skills
- Strong skills within Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Sales Background – Ability to understand a sales cycle and close sales
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to drive to local job sites (residential homes) on a regular basis
Professional demeanor along with good hygiene and cleanliness is required at all times
Maintain a clean vehicle and make office aware of maintenance issues
Follow rules and regulations as described in the company Handbook
Must be able to pass a pre-hire drug test screening and background check
Must have a valid, insurance acceptable driver’s license

We are seeking a full-time EXPERIENCED LEAD HVAC INSTALLER to work day shift and some on call hours. The successful candidate will have 2-4 years previous experience in installation and some supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
Title: Installation Lead/Technician
Reports To: Installation Manager
FLSA Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Salary Range: $22-$28/hr.+ Incentive and bonus opportunity-can be up to $100,000 annually.
SUMMARY
Primarily responsible for Installing a variety of equipment including: furnaces, air conditioning, heat pumps, indoor air quality equipment, and humidifiers. Responsible to supervise other installation technicians and is the lead person on job sites.
ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- Understanding of basic mechanical systems
- Knowledge and use of basic hand tools.
ESSENTIAL WORK SKILLS REQUIRED:

ESSENTIAL DAILY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead other installers on job sites
- Ensure jobs are staffed, have appropriate materials, jobs run smoothly
- Consult with salesperson and customer on each job before, during and on completion.
- Check in with the office for scheduled jobs after the completion of each job and at the end of each work day.
- During and or at the end of each task complete all company provided forms to the fullest extent possible.
- Responsible for time management of jobs scheduled each day.
- Talk with customer at the beginning and end of each task.
- Obtain client signature on company provided forms where applicable.
- Upon completion of each job record time spent at each job on the daily time sheet.
- Hand in paperwork at the end of each day for processing in sequential order.
- Ensure all vendor packing slips or invoices for each job are secured to the related job forms.
- Ensure all materials used for each job are listed properly on the company provided forms.
- Answer all office messages and calls in a timely manner.
- Consult with operations manager or dispatcher in times of uncertainty.
ESSENTIAL OVERALL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be able to build customer confidence in company.
- Provide information to management on training needs and courses of interest.
- Responsible for the daily preparation of the parts and tools for each day’s activities.
- Complete work in a timely and workmanlike manner.
- Coordinate with dispatcher for the use of company tools and ensure they are returned to the office in a timely manner.
- Participate in company–wide internal meetings as required.
- Maintain company tools in a professional manner.
- Maintain company vehicle assigned to you in a professional manner.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Must have a valid, insurance acceptable driver’s license
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED certificate.
- Must have at least 3-years experience in HVAC Installation and prefer supervisory experience or management of projects on job sites
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to drive to local job sites on a daily basis
- On-call and overtime hours as needed
- Good hygiene and cleanliness is required at all times
