Friendly, Prompt, & Informative
I just wanted to drop a small note about the good service we just received from your employee Bill. He was friendly, prompt, and informative, and gave us some tips to help keep our system running well until our next check, which he conveniently scheduled for us. He quickly was able to tell us that our system had any ongoing recall, and knew what parts had been replaced by the previous owners of our home. He seems like he’s doing a great job and we appreciated having someone so knowledgeable performing our maintenance!

Kind, Courteous Service
I just wanted to let you know that we received excellent service last month when we had our air ducts cleaned out. My son thoroughly enjoyed the process and following Jon around from vent to vent. Jon was great with my boys and explained over and over again what he was doing-when my oldest asked every single time Jon moved to another vent! My son still talks about when the “vacuum-guy” was here! Jon did a great job and we appreciate his kindness and kind nature.

We were VERY impressed with the service we received from Legacy when we had our heat ducts cleaned. The service technician was extremely particular and thorough throughout the entire job. He was very knowledgeable about the process and kept us informed as to what he was doing with a before and after video, we were able to view, as well.

We just had Legacy Clean Our Air Ducts. Not really knowing what to expect, we were Very Pleased for Many Reasons!!! 1. On Time! 2. Jonathan explained all that would be happening Clearly & w/Eye Contact. 3. Jonathan was Neat & Respectful of Our Home & it’s Things. 4. The Process went Very Quickly. 5. All Our Questions were answered. 6. We even got to see Before & After photos of Our Own Air Ducts and the difference was Amazing!!! 7. Jonathan left Our Home exactly the way it was. Jim Bergstedt is appreciated by us for his vast knowledge on the equipment (air and heat) we have in our home and office. He takes the time to evaluate the problem then explains what is needed to correct the problem. He always cleans up after he has finished the repair or service. We have found him to be totally honest and that is appreciated and represents the type of person he is.
Jim can be a value to your customers in every way. He is on time for an appointment, treats the equipment as if it were his own and most of all, totally trustworthy. He will not try to sell you something you do not really need. To us, this is a value all on it’s on.
His vast knowledge in the equipment he is servicing makes him the best in the area. For many years, we have only allowed Jim to service our heat and air. He knows what part is needed and how to install the part. For all of these things, we feel that Jim Bergstedt is the very best technician anyone could ask for especially if they want the work done right the first time

Very Happy with Legacy!
Choosing the right company for our heating and cooling needs was a very difficult decision. After a few other comparable estimates, we went with Legacy Heating and Cooling. From the initial home estimate, Billy explained our choices and options with great knowledge and confidence. Ted and Richard were very friendly and courteous on the day of our install. The installation was very clean and professional. Upon completion of the install, both technicians made sure we understood what was installed and how to operate our new system. They answered all of our questions and made sure we understood everything. Overall, we are very happy with our choice in Legacy Heating and Cooling and would refer anyone to them for heating and cooling needs!

Trent Nicely was over Saturday to service our furnace and I wanted to let you know, he was wonderful! I really enjoyed having him overdoing the maintenance and he did a wonderful job! He was very courteous and showed us what we needed to watch out for just in case something happened. When I schedule for our spring maintenance for the A/C I will definitely request him to come out. I am still in shock after receiving the call from Billy that I had won a new furnace in the drawing of your open house. I had never won anything before. I am pleased that we were able to purchase a new heat pump to go with the furnace. My wife and I are very happy with the new furnace and love the thermostat.
I spent many years in management, sales, and marketing and know that successful companies succeed because of employee loyalty and how they treat their customers. The young men who spent last Friday installing the furnace and heat pump were outstanding and a pure delight to watch them work together. Since Billy had installed the Lennox furnace we had it was fun when they said they would do a better job, then had a good laugh as they said Billy trained them. They all enjoyed our little dog Bella who watched every move they made.
Also, our daughter Vicki was very pleased when one of the guys offered to stay after they were done to help her with some computer problems she was having.

I am very satisfied with the Duct Cleaning from Legacy Heating and Air. Jonathan was neat courteous, and very professional. He treated my home just like his own. I was so impressed with him during the whole process. I’ve had chronic bronchitis for years with it getting worse over the past year especially. About a week after the duct cleaning, I became aware that my coughing and wheezing was MUCH better.
I feel much better since this service was done from Legacy. It’s amazing!
I would recommend duct cleaning for any homeowner especially with Health Issues, and I would recommend calling Legacy Heating and Air. You can trust them!

I’m so pleased with Legacy Heating and Air. I would have given them 10 stars.
We lost our AC on a Friday afternoon and called a Heating and Air company to come out to help us out. Gave us this outrageous quote for replacing our 20-year unit. So we ended up going to my father in laws for some relief and found out his AC went out as well. Told us he contacted the Cook Family and came out right away and gave him a great quote on a new AC unit. So we called them as well. They came out on time promised. Then noticed a few things that needed to be changed to make our AC run properly. Gave us an outstanding quote, plus a year of maintenance, along with 4 free filters for our new AC unit. They came out the very next day 15 earlier than promised and started placing down protection for my floors. I have a one-year-old puppy who loves attention and they gave him love. They were done in less than 4 hours and cleaned up. You wouldn’t have even known they were in the house. I’m so pleased with Legacy Heating and Air. I would have given them 10 stars. My father in law is so happy as well. The Shaw family is happy and cool again cause of the Cook Family. I would definitely get a few quotes but make sure Legacy is one of them. I am so glad that I found a company I can trust for years to come.
My husband and I have been living in this new house for 7 months and have made a couple of warranty claims before, then recently our furnace starting acting funny and not coming up to temperature. We called the warranty company (who has not sent us very good companies thus far) and they said they didn’t have any company in the area that would do the warranty work, but that they would call around and get back to us within a few days. I’m grateful that Legacy took the job. I felt confident in the technician that was sent and he was on time, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. He explained the issues very well and was patient with all if my questions. I bought a maintenance contract from them which is a great deal! The furnace is running well again with just a simple cleaning. What matters to me the most is good customer service, good quality, not taking advantage of a customer and a technician that is warm and explains your problem. He was all of that and I am so glad that I found a company I can trust for years to come. Thank you!
