A/C Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Introduction

The Legacy Heating and Air A/C Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is intended for legal residents of the state of Indiana who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and shall be construed and evaluated according to applicable United States law and Indiana state law. The Giveaway is sponsored by Legacy Heating and Air, located at 4902 Elkhart East Blvd., Elkhart, IN 46514 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and who reside in the state of Indiana. Employees of Legacy Heating and Air and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

4. How to Enter

To enter, visit the official contest page at https://www.legacyheatingandairinc.com/acgiveaway/ and complete the registration form. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries that are incomplete or fraudulent will be disqualified.

5. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on June 30, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on August 31, 2025 (“Giveaway Period”).

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) Daikin air conditioning unit with professional installation
• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $10,000

No cash or other substitution is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The winner will be notified via email and announced via a post on Legacy Heating and Air’s social media accounts following the conclusion of the Giveaway.

The winner must respond to claim the prize within a reasonable time period as determined by the Sponsor. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or any errors that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

10. Disputes

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Indiana.

11. Privacy Policy

All personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
